Privacy policy

In short: Stable Story does not collect, send or share any personal data. The game never connects to the internet, asks for no permissions, has no ads or analytics, and everything it saves stays on your device.

Who is responsible

Garbí Games is the name under which Alexis (Spain) publishes games. For anything privacy-related, write to soporte@garbigames.com.

This policy covers Stable Story for Android and this website, garbigames.com.

What the game saves (and where)

So you can carry on playing, the game saves the following in the app's private storage on your device:

• your progress: chapter, horses, coins, buildings and items;
• the name and look you choose for your character and the names you give your horses;
• settings: language, volume and game options.

This data never leaves your device: we never see or receive it. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data in Android settings. The game opts out of Android's automatic backup, so it is not uploaded to the cloud either.

What the game does not do

• It does not connect to the internet or request permission to do so.
• It does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
• It shows no ads and uses no advertising identifiers.
• It contains no analytics and no third-party SDKs.
• It has no chat, no user accounts and no way to contact other players.
• It has no in-app purchases.

Children

Stable Story is designed for children aged 7 to 12 and complies with the Google Play Families policy. Because we collect no data from anyone, we collect no data from children. This is consistent with the GDPR, Spain's data protection law (LOPDGDD) and the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Google Play

Downloads, installation and updates are handled by Google under its own privacy policy. Through Google Play Console we receive aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, number of installs, countries, or crash reports that Android sends if you have allowed it on your device). We cannot identify anyone from these statistics.

If you email us

If you send us an email, we use your address and what you tell us only to reply. We share it with no one except the email provider that receives it, and we delete it once it is no longer needed and after 12 months at the latest. The legal basis is the consent you give by writing to us. If you ask us to tell you about a launch, we send that one email and then delete your address.

This website

garbigames.com is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It uses no cookies, analytics or ads (it only remembers, in your browser, the language you choose) and loads nothing from other websites. Like any server, Cloudflare processes IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks; see its privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to the processing of your data, and data portability, by writing to soporte@garbigames.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local authority.

Changes

If a future version of the game changes any of the above (for example, by adding optional purchases), we will update this policy before releasing it and change the date at the top.
